      No money is taken through this website.

        Request an allocation

        Choose a round and the amount you're considering, and tell me a little about yourself.

        Call and deck

        We talk, and I share the deck, financials and proposed terms for that round.

        Due diligence

        You review the company's documents and ask your questions before deciding.

      4. 4

        Sign and transfer

        We sign the investment agreement, and you transfer funds by bank to the company.

      Is any money collected through this website?

      No. This site only collects your interest. Investments are made under a signed agreement, and funds go by bank transfer directly to the company.

      What do I receive as an investor?

      Shares in the company that runs the project, in proportion to your investment and the round's valuation. The exact terms are set out in the investment agreement you sign.

      What is the minimum investment?

      Each round sets its own minimum ticket, shown on the round. The progress bar is split into one segment per minimum ticket.

      Can I invest from outside Nepal?

      Foreign investment into Nepali companies has its own rules and approvals. Tell me where you're based and I'll explain what applies to you before you commit.

      What will I see before I decide?

      The deck, financials and proposed terms for the round, plus access to the company's documents so you can do your own due diligence.
